GEAR?

Ok,
How do I tell if I've got a gear in the car already? I have a 98 GT 5 speed, and while driving 70mph on the high way Im @2,000 rpm. IDK I really thing its the optional 3.27 gear. help me out

Sounds like 2.73's or 3.08's but check out the axle code on the sticker in your left door jam....

sounds like you have 3.27's cause at 65 your under 2K

yeah, some gave me that link to put you speed and gear in to calculate RPMs so I got either the 2.73 or 3.08. Im thinking the 3.08 because it was a optional gear for that year and my window sticker says that the car had the gear option. SO Im gonna get 4.10s!:SNSign: thanks alot guys
