So i had to go on a road trip today to pick something up from my grandparents and it was about 4hrs total, anyways on the way back the car started to sound like I was running open headers, it was misfiring, then I couldnt even pass cars on the road because i had pretty much no power at all. I cant get a video clip cause my mom is on a trip and took the camera and i cant get a clip. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=crPZy...eature=related
this was from a while ago that i never got fixed because i thought it was just the chain tensioners and didnt really it drive it unless i had to. But know I think i truly ****ed it up.

Pretty much Im guessing that I ****ed something up and its going to need a rebuild. Any reginians now what shop to go to or ideas

Sounds like you have f'ed up some valves. If your tensioners were makin noise then you may have jumped a tooth on one or both cam gears. Sucks but yeah-SGI salvage or if you go the rebuild route then I know Sheldon has a good reputation.

Sheldon quoted me starting at 1500 depending or not if anything else got ****ed up

While the guys at the mustang shop quoted me 2475 For eagle, rods, and a steel crank. I just never got to write it all down because I was busy at work and needed to get back lol.

First, find out what is wrong with the car. It may not need to be rebuilt but it sure sounds like it does. Sheldon at Hi Performance Tech is probably your best local guy.

I may have an eagle set-up. I'll make you a good deal on it.
I'll check tommorow.

I'd offer our services to do the motor or check it out but we're a 3 month wait. And about
3 hour drive. Your prolly wanting it done right away
