Headlamp question

[Mama's Boy]

I recently removed the yellow side markers from my headlamps on my 2001 smoked headlamps. Unfortunately, I managed to get a bit of dust inside both of them, and the right side one has serious condensation problems. I feel if I could get the condensation out, I would be able to effectively reseal the lamp. Any ideas on how to remove dust and condensation from your headlamps?

P.S. I'm a college student who doesn't have good access to an air compressor.
