HELP sn95 aode transmission to a 88 aod

I am doing a 1995 sn95 aode to a 1988 aod swap (im puttin the aod into my sn 95) i know that there will be a hiccup in the engine if i just put it in there and just dont do anything wat can i do to make it run normal? change the computer or can i get a eec tuner board and tune it ? HELP

Either use a manual computer (T4M0) or get a chip burned or use an EEC Tuner can shut off the auto tranny functions. I'd do whatever is cheapest.
