help with torque specs on motor

i need the torque specs and sequences for a 5.0 rods mains heads and intake

Upper intake 12-18 ft/lbs
Lowerintake to heads 23-35 ft/lbs
Cylinder Heads
step 1 55-65 ft/lbs
step2 65-72ft/lbs and most of these are torque to yield so youll need new bolts
Main Caps on 79-86
Step 1 50-60ft/lbs
Step 2 80-90 ft/lbs
Main 87up
Step 1 50-60 ft/lbs
step2 75-85 ft/lbs
