I have the black magic fan now and Im replacing it with two smaller fans, right now the black magic has 3 wires going to it, ground, power, and one thats is going into a fuse, the new fans only has a positive and negative is there any way i can run the two fans into one wire? What should the power wire be run to?

The new fans evidently onlty have power and ground. Run the power on one wire to the 2 fans and the ground on one wire to the 2 fans. The power wire from the fans needs to go to the relay output.

If you are on a limited budget, try this…

It uses a relay to turn the fan on and off, and uses the computer's temp sense to trigger the fan. It isn't adjustable in terms of temp to turn the fan on and off, but it is cheap. All you need is some 10 gauge wire for the fan power & ground, a 30 amp relay, 30 amp fuse, and some 18 gauge wire for the relay coil wiring.
