i need help!!!! i need suggestions, my 2001 mustang is shaking ALOT. I have no clue why, i first noticed when I was stopped at a stoplight. I got home and changed the spark plugs and ignition cords. I had tech code p3o3. I do not know what is wrong please help me out

I'd take it to the shop if it were me. Just a thougth.
