Interesting Problem

When I have the PCV value plugged in the engine will not hold idle. Surgest and struggles to stay running. When I unplug the PCV the surging stops but the engine idles at 1500rpm. This started when I replaced my leaky fuel injectors.

Any idea what is going on here?

I am a little confused. Are sure that you unplugged the PCV and not the EGR? If you did unplug the PCV did you cap off the line to the intake?
Check the PCV, by holding it verically (as it would sit in the car) and blowing through it. A bad PCV wouldn't cause this bad of a problem though. It sounds more like the EGR or idle air bypasss to me.

Definitely look over all vac lines. It is very easy to bump something that you weren't even working on.

i would check your IAC - it sounds like by creating a vac leak you are able to keep it idling, whereas with no vac leak, the IAC is not bypassing any or enough air.

good luck.
