More than you can afford, Pal. '82 Corolla!

Nothing to brag about but back in high school it got me and my buddies where we were trying to go. lol This picture was taken sometime around 1990 I'm guessing. By then I already had the 85GT and the 'Yota had been handed down to my sister. Needless to say, after driving this car for a few years, the Mustang felt like a top fuel dragster.

RedFoxGT: I find it very strange that your dad would call a 79 Porsche too much for a new driver but a 5.0 Mustang isnt?? The 5.0 is far more dangerous in the hands of a new driver. Front engine/rear drive/300lbs of torque and poor weight bias = roundy round in circles with ease. The Porsche is far easier to handle in that sense. Maybe he didnt want you in an older, finicky car for reliability concerns?
