Magnum 500 Authenticity

I read an article a while back explaining how to tell if your Magnum 500 rims are authentic rims or not. I was under the impression mine were not.... until recently.

When replacing my calipers and hoses, I decided to clean the wheels. Well on the back they are stamped with a Ford Emblem, and a few codes.

Any idea how to tell what kinda car they came off of, or the date they were produced?
