Motor swap 1984 5.0

So here we go. I have a 1984 mustang 5.0 with the CFI set up. I want to put on a carb so this is what I have so far. Edelbrook rpm , demon 650 carb , shorty headers. 8.8 with 3.55 and a aod and a 2500 stall , 1969 351 w heads ported w/ 190 / 160 valves what would be a good cam for the street some freeway driving. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.
