Mustang In progress needs advice

I am building a 92 lx for a drag car. I bougth a k member i needed to bolt up my sbc 350 but does it matter what crossmember i get for my 350 turbo transmission. also what has to be done to change the power steering rack to a manuel rack. i order a manuel rack. will it still work with the factory steering shaft?

The manual rack will require a new steerings shaft, you can get it as a complete kit from Flaming River.

Just make a cross member....
