New And Need Help

I have a 2010 mustang vert and I try to turn the tc off using the button but it doesn't work, I removed the center console and it's plugged in, also the hazards work and the trunk button works randomly has anyone else had this problem and know if a solution. I like to do things my self so I don't like shops.
