In the process of getting my first Stang! $500 for one that runs, drives, has good tags, straight body, and all glass is good. I believe it's an 83. With 3.8 and a auto tranny.is the auto worth keeping and if so what other engines will bolt up. I'm not looking for a 5,0 don't need tons of power want something that can vorner good and may say a few Hondas

Sounds good, there are plenty of guys here that can point you in the right direction on suspension tuning to make that happen.

If you don't plan on spending a lot, a urethane bushing kit would be the best thing to do on that old car.
