Noise when cranked after sitting for a week. OK?

Noise when cranked after sitting for a week. HELP!

I did a bunch of maintenenance clutchwork this past week. my car sat for about 9 days without running. i went to crank it and when it started it made a loud noise for like 2-3 seconds. my dad said it may be the bottom end like a connecting rod bearing. its never done it since or ever before that. any input on this?

How much oil do you have in it? Does it sound like it came from the valvetrain? Or was it bottom end?

bottom end. i put all new. 5 quarts.
