Parting out a turbo coupe and a couple of turbo merkurs

Like it says, I am parting out a turbo coupe and a couple of turbo merkurs (I think they are all 88's). What are the valuable peices on these cars? Is the pedal box in the 5 speed turbo coupe (or merkur for that matter) the same as the one used in mustangs?

I am pretty sure the motor ran when parked, but I am not guaranteeing anyhitng
