Problems with serpintine belt/pullys

1991 Mustang GT w/ 38,000 miles. About a week ago my belt started falling off. I watched it for a while making observations under the hood (this happened more then once and finally the belt broke along one of the cruves). I thought there was something wrong with the tension pully. I replaced the unit yesterday. And last night the belt came off again and was cut along one of the cruves again. There doesnt seem to be any obvious pully alignment problems. Any one ever have a similar problem?
Thanks for your feedback.

With the engine running, stand on the side of the car and look at the belt from the side on. See if you see anything wobble.

Take the belt off and physically move the pulleys. Do any move? The PS pulley will move in and out about 1/4" so that's normal

"The belt usually comes off right after i make a turn which makes me think its the power steering...."

That would be a clue. Yes, all the pulleys should be aligned - the belt should run between them perfectly smooth and aligned.
