Rebuilding top end just need to know 1 more thing

I need to know when to use thread lock or anti seaze or to put the bolt in oil or whatever i might have to do . Is there a rule of thumb to use or is it application specific.

Oil or ARP Moly (I prefer the ARP moly) on:
TOP Head Bolts or Studs, all washers and nuts

Teflon Thread Sealer on:
LOWER Head Bolts or Studs
Water pump bolts that enter the cooling passages.

Anti-seize on:
Header bolts
Intake bolts (I like to put a little on to prevent corrosion, never had an issue)

TORQUE EVERYTHING

That is exactly what I wanted to know. Where would I get ARP moly. Would most parts stores have it or do I have to order it.

I order mine from Summit (both the ARP teflon and ARP moly)....most ARP bolts come with a small packet for use as well (MOLY).
