i recently got my Mark VII out of storage, Now i know this is a Stang site, but i have the same 5.0L HO as yous guys, and i changed the plugs(autolites .052) and the o2 sensors and the wires(8.5mm) and the pcv and i cleaned the egr cause it hasn't been done in a while........ and well now i have a REALLY poor idle...it sounds like i have a REALLY lumpy cam... it dies if i try to turn the wheel in reverse....... and i a SIGNIFICANT loss in power 
.......... also when i am at 70%-100% throttle it sounds exactly like a baby rattle comming from my engine bay???? whats up?
