seat ?s

i just got me some seats from an xr-7 and i am going to put those in my 88 stang and i thought it would be cool if i took the seats that are in my stang now and put in my 85 ranger. Has any one done something like this. If so i need to know will the seat tracks bolt to my floor im pretty sure ill have to drill some holes or is there a seat track that will work better than my old stangs tracks that the seats are on.
