short-throw shifter install?

i read the directions it sounds pretty simple
any advise illustrations any one?
its going on a 90gt with a t5

Pretty much cut-and-dry, man... Don't lose that little plastic bushing piece where the shifter meets the tranny, throw some RTV on there after scraping the old gasket/silicone material off, and have at it.

It's a piece of cake. Just some nuts & bolts.

I ended up pulling the center console to get at all the bolts.
