simple question

i just bought a GT takeoff for my 05 v6, it was a brand new takeoff only used for about 10 miles before i installed it, will it begin to sound better over time after i break it in or will it pretty much stay the same way it is now? i can tell that it sounds a little better from the v6 stock exhaust but im hoping it will mature into a better sound over time, am i just dreaming or will this actually happen with the more miles i put on it, thanks
