i have a 93 gt with a mild cam. the car had platuim plugs in them, i changed them out and put #25 autolites in them, i see spark flash at the plug boots.Is this normal ?

Absolutely not. Are the boots pushed down all the way on the plugs? Do you see flashes at every plug or just a couple of them?
They are pushed all the way down.we replaced them 90° boots,and you can see them on all the plugs.

Take dielectric grease and smear a thin coat inside each plug boot and see if the light show ends. Make sure the entire inside of the boot gets coated. You can do the boots at the distributor cap too. It makes removing them easier down the road.
i did put new plug wires on yesterday.I had msd 8.8 plugs with the straight boots, they also were flashing.thats why i changed them out.

Are 100% sure they are all the way down on the plug? Without dielectric grease it can be a bear to get the boot properly seated.
Put dielectric grease inside the spark plug boots, it prevents voltage leaking and arcing.
I was wondering if the wiring on a 94 gt and the 93 gt r the same?

i have another problem, i think the fuel pump is out but i can hear the fuel pump come on, when i turn the key on. What else would be the problem would be
