Squeaking clutch pedal

It's been about a month, 200 miles, after doing the T5 swap on my mustang. All the parts were new, including an HD throwout bearing.

Well today it was the first hot day of the year, it was about 82 degrees, and after driving for about a half hour I started hearing a squeak noise everytime I pushed the clutch pedal in all the way. It only goes with the movement of the clutch pedal. So I'm pretty sure it's not the throwout bearing. Also there was a lot of grease on the throwout bearing retainer so I don't think that's the problem either.

Anyone have any ideas? Also how do I know when it's time to adjust the cable? I have a Steeda adjustable cable and quadrant.
