Last night I removed the Dizzy thinking I was going to start to polish it lol :rlaugh: Well first I couldn't even remove the dang TFI module I didn't have any sockets small and long enough to fit in there. Then I tried to polish it a little... OMG Kudos goes out to those who do their own work, that stuff requires the patience of a Saint. The aluminum was pretty bad, I had to wire brush it, then started to sand with some 80 grit. I got sick and tired after an hour and just painted it silver haha.

I do have a spare dizzy hanging around somewhere with no TFI module, so I guess I will work on that one to polish. I can take all summer if I have to. Should I bead blast it first? What tools should I buy to start polishing stuff?

yeah the tool you need to take off the module if you don't have a small enough socket is a "Ford ignition module tool" available at most autoparts stores." Polishing is definitely not a fast process, but it looks sweet when you get it done.
