The threads are stripped in my crankshaft for the balancer!!!

If the threads are completely gone...
Then I would throw the crank in the trash.
Repairing it could be tough, and if the threads give loose when the motor is at 6k rpm that damper could be lethal.
Maybe someone knows something I don't, but it seems like the crank should be scrapped.
The good news would be that now you get to build a NEW motor.
