88 foxbody have efi issues, I was thnking a holley efi or carbWhat year is the car? Is it already running a carb or is it EFI and you want to convert to carb?
Why not just fix the issues? Converting to Carb won't ruin the value to everyone, but I know I'd never even make an offer on it. The Holley EFI is a great system, but might not be necessary...88 foxbody have efi issues, I was thnking a holley efi or carb
Never had an EFI Fox I couldn't fix. OP,find a different intake.Ahhhhh.... No more " cranks but will not start" check lists to do.......
I would if it were mine. Now that I have the car running right , I have a question the battery is remoted to the trunk, the cable for ground is run to a frame rail under the car I know that EFI likes good grounds should I run a ground cable to the engine?
Do the FI cars have the braided ground cable from the firewall to the engine block??I would if it were mine.
Yes, back of drivers side head to fire wallDo the FI cars have the braided ground cable from the firewall to the engine block??
Yes, but there was a time where I had a ground issue (battery in factory position) and I had to upgrade my ground wire to the firewall using some wire from an amp wiring kit. That solved my issue, even with the ground in place.Do the FI cars have the braided ground cable from the firewall to the engine block??
I havn't had alot of time to spend with the car, but your right, I'm suprised thar my obd tester didn;t pull a code?Yikes! You were this close to scrapping the entire EFI system over an IAC....
