Its the same engine compartment, everything will fit.

How easy it is depends on the kit. There are some minor differences in engine bay layout and clearances between the foxbody engine bay and the sn95. Typical issues that arise are the sway bar, accessory mounting locations (alternator/ac), fuse box locations on some kits, and the elbow going to the TB. It can be done, it just usually requires some modifications. These are just some issues that come to mind, there may be others.
