Weird sounds shifting from 1st-2nd...Need Help ASAP

Edit - ended up being a throwout bearing, damn shop just replaced the clutch too, all is fixed now.

The sound you describe sounds like a throwout bearing to me.

It probably is the throwout bearing but the real question is how much oil did you drain out of the crankcase that would allow the low oil light to come on?The top end of the 4.6 is very sensitive to how much oil gets to the valve train.I would keep a close eye on this in the future.
