what heads in car???

hello all , i was "told" that my car has gt 40 iron heads in hte car when i purchased it...how can i be sure? i searched around and i thought i read that there should be three vertical lines somewhere if thats true wherre would they be? the heads were painted blue, i guess when the engine was out he painted everything but i can only see a 22 on the top right(looking from front of car) please let me know if there is any other way...thanks

If you look at the cylinder head on the passenger side forward of the first sparkplug down low on the head you will see GT letters. If it is a GTP then you will see a P also.
