What to expect to pay for a 4cyl fox

I know off topic but the 2.3 forum has little active threads. My wife absolutely hates the fox body style and I just love it, wanted one since high school. All of our current cars are v8 cars, so I'm kinda playing w/ the idea of buying a fox 4 banger as a daily driver for little $.

Whats the best year mechanically, would like to stay w/ fuel injection and estimated cost?

I'm gonna what craigslist for a while.

u can get a clean 1 for 1500-3500. a friend just got a nice 1 for 2500.00. he is going to do a mod motor in it

I'd go with a 1993. For the cheapness of them, no reason why you can't get the newest model with the factory updates.

Plus you'll get the dual plug 2.3L which has 105HP vs the single plug engine that makes 88HP. The dual plug engine was 1991-1993.
