When going for inspection,

When runnning an off road mid-pipe and mil eliminators, will the car fail emissions testing if the shop uses obdII to test?

At least around here, there is a Visual Inspection which the car must pass before they even do the obdII test.

the new emisions test isnt a big deal this year cause youll automatically pass it until next year when the computer portion actual scans for emmisions issues. just make sure you go to a local garage and not some fancy by the book place, and they usually wont check under the car. though the h pipe might be obvious when you pull up. if i were you id have a couple of magnaflow cats installed (cost me 150$ installed) they still sound good and will save you future b.s for inspection.

depends on what state you are in. in CA, odds are you will fail.

in mo. they just obd II it and send it on its way,i had mine done 2 weeks ago and they didnt even look,i was standing there sweating though.
