A Ford dealership will probably give you about the same price as any other place. If your IACV has crapped out, you might try cleaning it with throttle body cleaner (not carb cleaner) and shooting a little wd-40 onto the plunger. That brought mine back from the dead.

I'd try AutoZone ($39.99), Murray's, Nappa and then the Ford Dealer (probably $50+).
