Yet another AFR question.

My mods are in my sig. Should I go with AFR 165 or 185's? I keep getting different ideas from people. The main reason is that people are telling me that the 185's will be overkill. Help me get going in the right direction.


PS ... I will probably be having my lower ported by tmoss either way I go.

Well since in your sig. it says "power adder coming in spring"...I would go with the 185's...if you were staying with a 302/306 I would get the 165's...

With the 185's you will need to flycut the pistons...

if you are planning on running forced induction, I would recommend the 185's, but if you are staying n/a, get the 165's.

yea I wont be able to afford a s/c this year so most likely nitrous but I think Ill stick with the 165's. Thanks
