so hears he deal i have a 98 gt i jsut put in upr reverso glow guages. i did not remove any of the needles! my speedometer goes crazy! all of the othre guages work great but the spedometer doesnt sweep right. when u first start drivingit will stay at zero till u hit like 40 mph then jump up. sometiems it dosnt go to 0 it sits at 20 but then 15 min later it works great. im so confused and irritared any help would be great

What "Silvr04GT" said! Use a big salad fork to GENTLY ease the speedo needle up a bit. I had exaclty the same issues when I had my gauge overlays installed. Did you use tiny bits of 2-way tape (in inconspicuous areas!) to hold the overlay sheets down? This is important because they will buckle very slightly and interfere with the movement of the needles. The salad fork works very nicely because the tines are wide and the pressure is distributed evenly on the gauge pod and needle so there are no marks left behind.
If you have a SpeedCal, check that the "red light" (inside the box) is on constantly. If it flickers, you need to send it back (warranty repair!!). If it is on all the time, then it is probably OK and the gauge overlay(s) needs to be looked at.
