i was driveing and i just put on my supercharger and after a oil change (before i changed i had maybe a court in it) and i put in 5 courts and oil gets pushed out my dipstick when i push on gas and hits hedders and caused fire today. what can be done to fix this i boght a new dipstick but same thing. also on my left side of my exhast lots of smoke comes out of it which is the same side the dipstick is on but i have an xpipe so you would think it would flow evenly but theres oil on the xpipe so i think thats why. im going to talk to ford but what do you guys think about this?? also carry a fire exstingwisher or youll be sorry i was. thank god i baking soda

Could this be a crank case ventillation problem ? I know the crank case on a normally aspirated engine uses inlet manifold vacuum - if you installed a supercharger and the same crank case ventillation pipes are in place then you will pressurise the crank case when you floor it.
I dont know how you should do the plumbing but I suspect that may be your problem.

It sounds like you only drained the front drain plug, you know there's two right?
I think you'd surely know it if you were riding around with only 1 quart in there. If this is accurate and you've done it a couple times you probably have like 9-10 quarts of oil in there!

One simple fix is put on a PCV from an 87 thunderbird turbocoupe. It actually solved a few other problems I had too. Mainly, it's stops the blower from pressurizing the block.

Yes there is one on the back sump as well. If you just pulled the front plug you probably only got like one quart out. You need to pull both plugs then let it drain a while and fill it with 5 fresh quarts. Sounds like you way overfilled your oil pan. Don't feel bad though this same thing happened right after I bought my GT. Took it to a "mechanic" to have all of the fluids and filters changed. He only pulled the front plug and I ended up with about 8-9 quarts in the motor. Luckily all I did was drive about a mile home and caught the problem next morning when I checked the oil.
Don't run a pcv and a breather. You'll wind up getting unmetered air and it screws up your air/fuel. The pcv is from a 1987 2.2 liter (maybe 2.4) turbo Thunderbird (Turbocoupe). If you're going to run a breather, block off your pcv, it becomes useless at that point anyway.

Mat - Check out the routing of your pcv/vacuum lines. You likely somehow have a line plumbed so that your supercharger is feeding boost pressure to the crankcase. That pressure is building and forcing the dipstick out. If you left the line from the throttle body to the valve cover nipple hooked up, that's likely part of the problem. Under boost you'll get pressure to the crankcase through the valve cover.
What kind of shape was the bottom end of the engine in? For old/tired/high mileage engines, sometimes the addition of boost simply is too much for the rings to take, and you get a lot of blow by - which also builds crankcase pressure forcing oil/dipsticks out. Did you run cranking compression or leak down tests before adding the supercharger?
By the way - it's a "quart" of oil, not a "court". Court is a place you'll end up if the continuing oil fires injure your passenger or set your neighbors house on fire.

yea i know i was really tied when i typed it. also there was a hose that came off of my intake my car was running fine with the supercharger then i heard a vacume leak somewhere couldnt fine the hose so i pluged it the vacume was on the bottom of the cobra intake i think this might be the problem? where is the pcv valve located ill check to see if its hooked up
What am i missing here? If you only drained the front plug then THAT is your problem. Like said that would mean you have like 8 quarts of oil in your car then the 5. Drain both and make sure you only put in 5 quarts before you start throwing parts at it.
