I am just about done and ready for paint......then I accidently cut the brake line for the front passenger side. This is the metal brake line that runs along the fire wall. How hard is it to replace and how much is it? Thanks

I'd wander down to my local Stang junk yard and ask about a replacement.

I agree. I broke one on my F150 one time and it was worlds easier I'm sure to grab one off the junkyard and swap it than try and cut and bend and flare the ends on a new piece. Plus, since I took it oof at the junkyard, I already knew exactly how to get mine off and how it would go back on. :nice:

Has anyone done a replacement recently and if so, how did everything work out?

I rerouted all the brake lines inside my engine bay 2 yrs ago, and as long as you double flare the ends correctly and watch how you run the lines you shouldn't have any problems with everything working out.

i had just replaced all my brake lines in my 84. i bought my lines at inline tube for about $150. they are all pre bent just bolt right in. to order or for ?'s call 1-800-385-9452. good luck!!!!
