What is the easiest way to remove the lens on a 94-98 foglight? I am desperate to get mine off and clean all the crap out of them and see if I can clear them back up somewhat..I would really appreciate it if someone can help!

I have never seen anyone selling just lens, including Ford. Only the entire fog lamp assembly (PN's F4ZZ-15200-A and F4ZZ-15200-B).

Hmmm...mine only has one. Pretty easy to remove.GT-03 said:I remember on my '95 there being three bolts holding the fog light bracket onto the back of the (steel) bumper.
If you turn the front wheels all the way, there is enough room to get in there and take the bolts out.
do you have links to these?foncarelli said:California Mustang has them. Smoked, Amber and clear.

Any advice on removing the brackets and getting the old housings out?
I was contemplating just letting the shop do mine when I have it in for a free oil change they gave me. Just to save some time on what could prove to be a huge pain in the ass. Probably a snap for them.GT-03 said:I got those (or something very close). They are full housings though, and not just lens.
It wasn't easy to remove the brackets on 99-04 models. Much, much more difficult than the ones on my old 95.
Once one manages to get the brackets out, removing the housings from the bracket isn't easy either. I was trying to pry real gentle, and taking my time, but I still ended up braking off the round pivot tabs from the old housings. There is a bevel on the end of the round pivot tabs which helps with inserting the new ones, but does nothing for removing the old ones.
Do you mean they took the actual housing, lens and all, or just the bulb? If they just took the bulb, you could order just that and re-terminate the wires.02_TruBlu said:Not to hijack this thread, but since we are on the topic.... I am missing the drivers side socket. After looking at the wires, it looks as though someone cut them and took the socket&bulb. Will I have to order the whole $200 Ford fog light kit in order to fix this?
