Hey everyone, I wanted to start a thread about the upcoming Fun Ford Weekend in Epping, New Hampshire on August 20-21, 2005. So, who's going? What are you all driving? Where are you staying and how long are you going for?

I'm leaving on Friday, August 19th with my twin brother and his '85 GT, a friend and his '04 Mach I, and possibly another friend and his '04 Cobra. I've also extended an invitation to KM 94-GT (Kenny) and his girlfriend from this website.

I want to officially invite anyone from this website to come along with us as we would like to start a Stampede for the 2+ hour ride up there. We're all going to stay at the same hotel for Friday and Saturday nights and we usually go to dinner together too. This will be the first year that we're attempting to do this with people that we don't know, so I'm sure that there will be some snags. Of course, the motel accomodations are up to you guys/gals.

At this time, we've made our reservations at the Pine Haven Motel (183 Lafayette Road in North Hampton, NH-03862, (603) 539-4951 for both Friday and Saturday nights (August 19-20.) We will be leaving Plymouth, Mass @ 12:00 p.m. on Friday, the 19th to head on up to the motel. This motel is about 15-20 minutes from the track. Once we check in, it's off to the track (weather permitting) for street night.

As long as the weather holds up, it should be a good time! Let's begin the countdown! :)

Every year i'm down for FFW. I havn't missed it in the past 5 years.

I'm leaving Providence on the Friday before and hitting up a water park. Then gonna check in to the hotel, get settled in and grab a bite to eat. I'd like to hit up street night to see what my car does, but that is still up in the air.

Racing on Saturday / Showing on Sunday

Leaving the Hotel on Monday morning.

I'm gonna be going with a large group of guys (with some girls) so it makes for a interesting weekend like every year. If anyone wants to meet up for drinks to shoot the chit, i'll be down.

BTW ~ Whats everyone paying a night @ there Hotel? I got my room for $99.95 a night with pool, workout room, game room, and my room with 2 full size beds.

I've been using this place for the past 5 years. They have great service and a clean facility. And for the car i'm running ...........

I'm going...running true street this year. My motor is too tired for mod motor class I was in last year. That and I hate switching back and forth between the pro tree and the 5.0 tree. It messes me up when all we can do on street night is practice the the 5.0 tree.

I will be up there only on SAT. Last year i went up there but i didnt bring the stang cause it was in the shop getting the clutch replaced :nonono:
this year my car will be up there all pissed off cause it missed the action last year..lol :flag:

Hey, Cause i dont know much about all the classes. What would a good class for me to enter, and stay competitive? My car is a 02 GT Mods as follows..
Accufab Plenum
Accufab 70mm T/B
JLT Ram air intake
Flowmaster Catback
MAC H-pipe

sounds like a Street Ford car to me.. thats what mine is gonna be too. I really want to run True Street but if its really humid the three back to back runs will really heat soak my blower car. Street Ford will give me the best chance of cooling down between rounds if I manage to go a few. I want to run the car as hard as possible so the whole bracket thing might be right out the window.
