I have my interior stripped out, and I can't figure out how to remove the exterior trim that goes around the windows, and I can't figure out how to remove the rear pop-out windows. How the hell do I do it without breaking something?
going from memory of about 2 1/2 years ago, the windows are unbolted from underneath the side pillar trim and another screw from the back corner. you will need to take out the seatbelt from your post to get to them the easiest. i also believe that the lower window trim is screwed in there around the same place, but i honestly dont remember about that...seems like once you get the front started, it will basically just peel off. just be careful not to bend it anywhere finding good trim for a decent price isnt easy, at least not so far for me anyways good luck!!
I think it's just held on there by friction clips. There may be a screw or 2 as said above. Can't remember. But I do remember that once you get it started it comes off pretty easy.
