Power Window Gremlin is Back!

Had a problem awhile back where my driver side power window wouldn't come down. After checking the motor and finding it good, I shot the wires and those checked out also. Now the problem is back
I can feel and hear the one touch module clicking and the volt gauge on the dash drops. Took a shot in the dark and got a one touch module from ponyperformance.com hoping that was the problem...not so. In the previous episode of the problem I checked the wires with a meter and got correct readings. I'm at complete loss now. Can't find any loose wires, no bare grounds.

it is most likely the window regulator bushings inside the motor.

my driver side did that last year replaced them and works pefect. my rear window sometimes wont go back up so I thought I would just replace the other 3 windows. so I dont have to do it later.

I checked the bushings a few months ago when this happened the first time and they were only slightly out of shape. Does your car have the one touch down module?
I even jumped the window motor across the battery and it worked. Weird part is when I put it all back together the window worked, but I never replaced anything.

I have the one touch module only for the drivers door, if they were slightly out of shape maybe they rotated so that it locked the motor.

My rear window stopped working today before work. So I took apart sanded the electrical bushing some so they were shiny, then put back together and it worked,

i have to press my button on the drivers side like 30 times for it to come down all the way, but i will go up just fine, i replaced the switches, and the bushings inside...any idea what it could be??

Shazam! I replaced the bushings and that did it! I guess when I opened up the motor the first time I didn't really know what good bushing looked like. All 3 of mine were flat on one side. THANKS for the help!
