Anyone else have problems removing the bolts that hold the caliper bracket?

I can not get any of the 4 to budge with my ratchet and dead-blow hammer, nor with my impact on my measly 1 gal tank.

I've heated the metal around them with a small hand-held torch (candle-lighter size) to no avail. I've got about 3 hrs into removing a bolt that won't come out.

Did anyone else require air tools?

3ft breaker bar :nice:

Sweet. Thank you. Didn't have a breaker bar, but used my long torque wrench.

Both sides installed and bled then took around 3 1/2 hrs. I had spent 3 hrs on one bolt last night.

Careful bro, your torque wrench is a precision tool and its not meant to be used as a breaker bar. You can pick up a breaker bar at autozone for 11.99. Glad you got it figured out though! :nice:
