Building a 331 for autocross/road racing

Eagle will be much, much cheaper to zero balance if you plan on spinning your engine.

A stock block may not warrant a forged crank... do your research, and make that decision after you know more?
 
Get as lightweight internals that are feasible. Depending on the actual power you are going to put out, you may think about another block.

Road racing causes some pretty serious engine stress, compared to a 1/4 mile blast. Make sure the oiling is done well;)
