there a junk yard near my house with a pi cop car i went there today and they said 75$ each thev have been sitting in the open for a while and are a little rough should i buy them?

I got a pair for $100 originally, turned out one was truley messed up and the other's guides were sloppy. It's a gamble, and even if they are great - it's a lot of work.
how much would i cost to have them redone with valve guides, valve seats and new valves? ive heard alot of talk about the pi swap now i really want to do it

To hot tank the heads, replace the seals and iron guides, new valves and new ground valve seats it's be a good $400 or so. Just to disassemble the heads and hot tank them with the stock valves ground is $125 at a good mustang machine shop.
I ended up getting heads that flow a lil better, have bronze guides, 5 angle valve job, 1 year warranty and comp cam springs that i bought put on (for free), it just ended up costing me more than i thought i was going to pay at the outset of this project.
Honestly think about when and how and who is going to do this project before you dive in, and how much money you're willing to spend to basically put on used heads that flow a lil better.
i know its alot of work but i did a head jod on my friends lt1 camaro

no it was in a wreckIf the engine isnt the reason for the car being at the yard then $150 for a pair of PI heads sounds good to me
if i did the pi swap on my car how much should i expect to gain, i would really like to make 240-250rwhp

stock 99+ put down 225-230 give or take. Stock PI heads add about 10-15rwhp. Some or much of that is compression. So since he has cams/intake and bolt ons i'd say 220-225 is a safe assumption
