i recently did a hci swap and everything went well with the exception of recurring idle problems iac is aftermarket junk. i have a map sensor mounted on firewall like normal but noticed that there was no vaccume line hooked up so i was in the process of doing swap and found another map sensor tucked under the intake. is there a reason for this? the car is an 88 it is mass air hard to tell if it was original or conversion real clean and factory harness is in tact car runs great when i have my foot in it. just when i push the clutch in it bounces between 500 and 1500 rpm new iac is ordered from ford with calibration number from car. and no vaccume leaks any ideas?
