V6 t5 to 5.0 transmission question

I acquired a 1995 mustang v6 t5 transmission. I was wondering what the differences are between this and its v8 variant?

As far as I know there is no difference between 5.0 and 3.8 but you might want to

Between a Fox t-5 and the SN95 t-5, the inputer shaft is longer.

You either need sto replace the input shaft AND bearing retainer with Fox peices, or use the SN95 bellhousing.

I beleive the 1996-later V6 T-5's were equal in strenght to the V8 fox t-5's. Unsure whatthe 1995 is rated at though

Please note that the T5 input shafts on all 94 and later cars is about 3/4" longer that the input shafts of the T5's made before 94.
