yea i was shooting for 375-390 hp range.. and similar TQ.. solid roller should help out over your regular run of the mill cam, and the no accessories other than alternator/waterpump should help.


either way as long as its north of 350 to the wheels N/A ill consider it a successful burnt pile of money

If the car is set up correctly, and makes around 375-390rwhp and you could get the weight down to about 3000 with you in it, it should run low 11's. My brother's 84gt has a 347 that makes 382rwhp. and his best run so far is 11.01@124mph on motor, its just under 3000lbs with him in it, but the car is more geared toward nitrous.He sprays a 150shot and has run [email protected] with a slipping clutch.

im not sure on the weight, it should be close to 3000 lbs, the car does have airbags that will add a bit, but everything inside the motor is light, no efi etc, and a bunch of weight pulled out of various spots, but it does have a full interior..

im thinking 3150 ish race weight, but ill see when its together, and mine is set up for nitrous as well

what trans is he using? and what rpm does he launch at?
