PCV valve

It wont budge im trieng to take it off to replace it and it wont come off, any tips

Which side? the pass side just slides in, the d/s should twist out.

On your car, only the passenger's side has an actual PCV; the driver's side thing on the valve cover is just a breather. There is no reason to take the driver's side breather off, and the passenger's side PCV should slide out pretty easily.

Yeah iv been trying to take the passeger side one out but it wont move not even a little bit

Pull the cam cover and see whats up. Maybe someone glue it in to keep from blowing it out...

The PCV, at least on mine, has a couple of notches that engage the valvecover mating part to ensure a tight seal and that the valve doesn't back out. The valve does remove with a counterclockwise twist but you might take a gander at the notches that I talked about on the valve itself to see if you can assist the removal process by lifting tabs or pushing down as you turn etc. You don't want to snap the plastic body of the thing in the process...
