Does anyone know where to get replacement tubing for those small rigid vacuum lines? I don't think CSK carries that stuff. I may try Merle's (local). Otherwise I might need to call Ford.

I broke all of them last night trying to get everything hooked up. They might as well be made of glass. I swear they break if you look at them the wrong way. One of the lines broke and then broke again when I flinched.

I'm reluctant to use rubber lines since they compress under vacuum and cause things to not switch on/off properly. But, I may run rubber as a temporary fix but I definitely gotta fine the plastic replacements.

I would be surprised if actual vacuum line tubing (rubber) would collapse under 20 inHg. If you want a stiffer line consider small diameter fuel line with the woven fiber. An another alternative may be the use of plastic "drip" lines used in automated watering systems. The tubing is about the same diameter and in not expensive. Use the rubber vacuum line for couplers.

I've also spliced the breaks with rubber bits. It's lame but.......

Did you ask the counter guy for bulk plastic line?
