well guys, not sure if anyone knows of this or not, but here it is.....I was looking at a freinds lincoln and noticed that her lower P.I intake has both provisions for the coolant sensors already Tapped. They just have screw in plug blocking them off. I've read a lot of posts talking of having p.i's tapped for the second sensor. I know what im gonna source pretty soon to do my swap.Just thought this might be helpful

Might be handy to mention the model and year of your friend's Lincoln. There are Lincoln Town cars, Continental, Mark VIII all with 4.6 modular motors. Lincoln come with SOHC as well as DOHC 4.6's.

Town Cars for example have Non-PI and PI SOHC depending upon the MY.

The post says 02 is the year, that alone makes it an P.I model, but its an signature series Cont. SOHC 4.6
